Normalizing Heat Treatment

Hidada has the largest furnace, capable of performing steel normalizing heat treatment, has internal working dimensions of 7 meters’ width * 10 meters’ length * 2.5 meters’ height, ensuring optimal temperature uniformity during the hardening process. We operate ‘Normalizing’ as a technique to provide uniformity in grain size and composition throughout an alloy. We used it for ferrous alloys that have been austenitized and then cooled in open air.

Hidada Normalizing Heat Treatment Plant is the largest in Saudi Arabia and operated by highly qualified Engineers and Technicians. Hidada plant caters for normalizing products for different sectors including Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power and Water.
