Hot Dip Galvanizing

We provide galvanizing services for our own projects fabricated steel in our plants, and also provide service for local steel fabricators

Hidada has two Galvanizing Plants, one of them with Zinc bath dimension of 10.5 meters’ length * 1.8 meters’ width * 2.75 meters’ depth. The second plant has 16.5 meters’ length * 2 meters’ width * 3 meters’ depth and is suitable for all parts up to a maximum of 16.4 meters’ length * 1.9 meters’ width * 2.8 meters’ depth. Hidada galvanization plant has cranes capacity of 20 Ton, so we can galvanize about 16 MT in one piece, one Dip.

Certification

Hidada hot-dip galvanizing processes comply with ASTM A123 “zinc (Hot-Dip Galvanized) coatings on iron and steel products”, EN 1461 “hot-dip galvanized coatings on fabricated iron and steel articles”, and BS 729 “specification for Hot Dip Galvanized coatings on iron and steel articles” which long term corrosion protection for steel

Hidada’s Galvanizing Facilities are also approved by Saudi Aramco for all types of Steel

Galvanizing Laboratory

We have two professionals’ laboratories for conducting our daily analysis of pre-treatment tanks. We also perform tests on galvanized steel like Stripping Test, Preece Test etc.

Hidada conducts process verification and validation of Raw Material (Zinc, both Ingots & Molten) to ensure compliance with all Quality Requirements.
